No, we do have excellent support via email. We always try to respond as quickly as possible. If you have a question and write to us on the weekend, we will get back to you as quickly as possible between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday.

In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will start working immediately. It is therefore only possible for a short time to change/cancel your order. This is not a guarantee that it will be possible to cancel when, for example, customer support is closed.

Shipping costs? At Armorwatch we don't do much of that. We pay the shipping costs entirely at our own expense. So free shipping!
