Returns/Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you would like to return your product, you have a 30-day money back guarantee where you will receive your money back for any reason. The product must be returned 30 days from receipt of order.
Contact us via the forum under the "Contact us" tab here at armorwatch.shop. It is assumed that the product is in new condition and that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to ArmorWatch with all accompanying accessories in new condition and in the original packaging. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at the following address: info@armorwatch.shop for instructions. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days of notifying you of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packed when you return it.

Complaint
In case of a complaint, the product must be sent back to ArmorWatch according to instructions for examination/repair. Contact info@armorwatch.shop for instructions.
Repair/Troubleshooting
In the event of repair/troubleshooting, the customer is responsible for shipping and costs unless it is a valid complaint.
Administrative fee of 29 USD + shipping is paid before the product is returned.
