Shipping policy
1. Order confirmation
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The track & trace number is also shared via email. In addition, updates can be sent via email. Add: info@armorwatch.shop to your address book or keep an eye out in your spam folder.
2. Delivery time:
The product is shipped from our supplier outside the US. It takes 1-2 business days to complete the order before the package is shipped. Delivery time: 6-13 business days before the package arrives.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link where you can track your order.
Orders placed on the weekend are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday. If you have a deadline for a specific order, it is best to do so well in advance. Delivery may be delayed due to several different factors (Holidays etc).
3. Unexpected customs delay
In exceptional cases, when a package arrives from abroad, the customs officer may hold the package longer than usual. If this happens, we ask for your patience and we will keep you informed of your expected delivery time. ArmorWatch cannot be held responsible for the consequences of this delay.
4. Address details The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Even if the order has been prepared manually, the customer must check that the information is correct. If an address turns out to be incorrect, it is the customer's responsibility. Any additional shipping costs to collect the package or for losing the package are the customer's responsibility.
5. Receipt of goods
We are not responsible for receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for being present or ensuring that the customer is present at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt has failed several times and the package is taken to a service point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package on time or arrange for a competent person to collect it for the customer. You are responsible for regularly checking the track & trace code to see if you have missed the package. If the package is not collected on time, it will be returned to ArmorWatch. Of course, there is the option to return the package at the buyer's expense.
If a product is returned without being picked up, the invoice remains.
The order is shipped from one of our foreign warehouses and may incur VAT and an import fee that the customer is responsible for.
